Hi, I have a 10 month old baby girl and we are having a really hard time getting her to sleep through the night. She has slept 9 hours a few times but is up 2 time a night typically. She doesn't nurse to sleep (as a rule-rarely she will fall asleep during her last feeding). The norm is that she will have a snack, we read stories and she goes to bed...and she goes to sleep. However she wakes in the night and we can figure out how to break the habit...can you help?

My 15 month old was slepping well, he slept 11 hour straight.now he is waking 3 hours after I put him to sleep. And he cries and cries and cries non stop until he makes him vomit. I'm so worried because I used your program when he was 8 months old and it really worked ( he had some bad nights, but generally he slept very good) Now he is doing this. I don't know what's wrong, he doesn't use any pacifiers or blanky... He falls sleep by his own with no problem. I don't know if he is having nightmares, or he is having separation anxiety because during the day he wants to be with me all the time. But it doesn't make sence because he doesnt cry when I put him to bed awake and I leave the room. What's wrong?? I don't know what to do.

My 5 month old slept through the night til now. She loves her blanket but puts it over her face when she sleeps. I am afraid she will sufficate so I take it away when she falls asleep. She wakes up every 2 hours and wants the blanket. How can I break her need for the blanket?
