Hi,
I bought the sleep sence program and my son was sleeping through the night from 5monts until 6.45/7 each morning until recently he started waking up between 4 and 5. My son is now 16 month). I leave him to cry until 6.15 but he won't go back to sleep (it has been 10 days now). When I pick him up he is exhausted but I will keep him awake until his nap (at 12.45 til 2.15). He goes to sleep at 7.30 with the same routine every evening. Please help me he used to be such a good sleeper.

For the last couple of weeks my 20month old will not sleep in his cot unless me or his daddy stay in the room and stand next to the cot, how can we stop this? Its putting a strain on us.

Also my son bites other children if he gets frustrated or angry how can i disapline him when these things happen?

thanks

Hi Dana,

We have a 2 and half year old little girl who has always been a fantastic sleeper, always able to fall asleep on her own. Recently and while on a trip away she has started to become really unsettled and wants us to hold her hand until she falls asleep. She has also started waking in the night, really scared. Your previous strategies have worked wonders but now she literally demands us to hold her hand or she cries and becomes distressed! Help please!!
