My 6 nearly 7 year keeps waking up at 5.30 am. It's driving me mad.
She goes to bed about 7-7:30 but reads to 8-9.
It used to be she fall asleep by 7:30-8 but since she has realised she can read fully without help this all she wants to do.

I am following your sleep sense program but I have the problem too that 6 month old Henry wakes before 5am. The biggest problem is he wakes his 19 month old brother if we let him cry even though they are in separate rooms. Henry goes to bed at around 6.45pm but it still takes around half an hour to settle him. He sleeps through the night and doesn't ask for a feed usually until around an hour after he wakes so it doesn't seem to be hunger that is waking him.
My older son had sleep problems too until we used your program(stay in the room method). When he is overtired through being woken by Henry he refuses to take a day nap and we just go around in circles, please help!
