So ive had a difficult time putting my son on a sleeping schedule yet alone falling asleep on his own...which has become a huge problem lately since he turned 1 about a week ago. I have tried letting him cry it out method but it ends in a disaster because we live in an apartment so the monitor signals cross and my neighbors question the crying for over 40 minutes. It seems the longer i let him cry it out the louder he gets and will sometimes vommit from crying and gagging on his breathing. Usually he wont even want to go to bed until 11pm or so but as soon as he lays on my bed @ 11 hell fall right to sleep no problem. If its before 11 there is no way hell compromise and go down earlier for bed time. Please help i feel like now that hes 1 he should be able to put hinself to sleep @ a decent tine by himself in his crib and own room, especially when were up @ 7am to get ready for work. If you have any ideas that could help? Right now im up for anything. Thank you so much hey!
