Sleep Tips For Sick Children

No matter how well your child usually sleeps at night, a cough, cold, or earache can really throw off a child’s sleep schedule.

The bad news is that your probably going to end up suffering through a few nights of broken sleep. However, I’ve put together a short video that shares some tips for getting through those nights as smoothly as possible — and making sure that your child is able to get back into a good routine as soon as he’s feeling better!
